Privacy Policy

This page explains what personal data Indigo Dreams (“we”, “us”) collects when you use this site — the Indigo Dreams shoot-service page at hh.maison/indigodreams — and what we do with it. We keep this deliberately small: the site is a portfolio and a way to reach us, not an account or a shop.

Who we are

Indigo Dreams — Art Concept Boutique, based in Cascais, Portugal. You can reach us any time on Instagram at @hhmaison.pt, on Telegram via @hhmaison_bot, or through our contact page.

What we collect

• Messages you send us. If you use the contact form or message us on Telegram, we receive the name, contact detail and message you choose to provide. These are delivered straight to our team’s private Telegram group so we can reply.
• Basic technical data. Like any website, our server and its network provider (Cloudflare) may log your IP address and browser type for security and to keep the site running. We do not use this to build a profile of you.
• Analytics, only with your consent. If you accept cookies we use Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, to count page views. Until you accept, Google’s consent mode holds every storage category closed. See our Cookie Policy.

We do not ask you to create an account, and no payments are taken on this site.

Why we use it

• To read and answer your enquiry, and to arrange a shoot if you ask us to.
• To keep the website secure and available.
• To understand which pages are read, if you have accepted analytics.

Who we share it with

Your message is handled by us and delivered through Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC), which processes it to deliver the message. The site is served through Cloudflare and hosted on our own server. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address to serve them. If you accept analytics, page-view data goes to Google. We never sell your data or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to answer you and to manage any shoot that follows. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.

Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA, the GDPR gives you the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to its use. To exercise any of these, just message us on Instagram or via the contact page and we’ll take care of it.
