HH Maison (“we”, “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of every bride and client. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights over it.
Data we collect
Contact and order details you provide — name, email, telephone, shipping address, measurements taken for made-to-order gowns, and order history.
Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
To take and fulfil your order, arrange fittings and deliveries, take the 50% atelier deposit and the balance, and provide client care.
To improve our boutique and, where you have consented, to send occasional letters from the atelier.
Legal basis (GDPR)
We process data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, and on the basis of your consent for marketing — which you may withdraw at any time.
Sharing
We share data only with processors needed to run the boutique: our payment provider (Stripe), delivery partners and IT providers. We never sell your data.
Retention & your rights
We keep order records as required by law, then delete them. You may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, or object to processing, by writing to [email protected].
