These terms govern the purchase of made-to-order gowns and services from HH Maison. By placing an order you accept them.
Made-to-order
Every gown is cut and hand-finished to your measurements. Production typically takes 12–16 weeks from your confirmed first fitting.
Deposit & payment
A non-refundable 50% atelier deposit is due on order to reserve your place and begin work. The remaining balance is due on completion, before final fitting and delivery.
Fittings
Your first fitting is complimentary, in person or by video. Additional alterations beyond the agreed scope may be chargeable.
Cancellations
As gowns are made to your measurements, orders cannot be cancelled for a refund of the deposit once production has begun. Please see our Return Policy for limited exceptions.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. Our liability is limited to the value of your order to the extent permitted by law.
