Because each HH Maison gown is made to order and to your measurements, our return policy reflects the nature of couture work.
Made-to-order items
Made-to-order and bespoke gowns are produced uniquely for you and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged, except where the item is faulty or not as described.
Faulty items
If your gown arrives with a manufacturing fault, contact us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected]. We will repair, remake or refund as appropriate, in line with your statutory rights.
Alterations
Minor adjustments are part of the made-to-order journey and are handled at your fittings. We will always work with you to perfect the fit.
