Helen Heiman · Fashion Studio ("we", "us"), part of HH Maison and based in Cascais, Portugal, is committed to protecting the privacy of every student and the parents or guardians who book with us. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights over it.
Because the course is for teenagers aged 12-17, a place is usually booked by a parent or guardian on behalf of a minor. We rely on that adult to provide the student's details and to consent to this policy on the student's behalf.
Data we collect
Booking details you provide: the parent or guardian name, the student's name and age, email, telephone, the session date(s) chosen, the payment method you indicate, and any optional notes you add.
Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
To take and confirm your place on the course, to send your booking confirmation, the course brochure (PDF) and a calendar invite for each chosen date, and to provide care to students and parents or guardians.
To improve the studio and the course. We only send you what is needed to manage your booking; we do not send marketing without your consent.
Legal basis (GDPR)
We process data to perform our agreement with you (your course booking), to comply with legal obligations, and, for any optional communications, on the basis of your consent - which you may withdraw at any time.
Sharing
We share data only with the providers needed to run the course. You choose how to pay - Revolut, Wise, MB WAY, or bank transfer to Novo Banco - and you complete payment directly with that service; the site never sees your card or bank credentials, only that you have marked a payment as sent. We use Brevo to send the confirmation, brochure and calendar invites by email. We never sell your data.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies only where they are strictly necessary to run the site. The site stores your chosen language in your browser via localStorage (the key "lp_lang") so it can remember your preference; this is not used for tracking.
The site itself sets no analytics or marketing cookies. A third-party layer we rely on, Cloudflare (including its Zaraz tag manager), may set its own cookies. You can block or clear cookies at any time through your browser settings, though doing so may affect how the site works.
Retention and your rights
We keep booking records as required by law, then delete them. You may request access to, correction, deletion or portability of your data, or object to processing, by writing to us. Where a booking concerns a minor, the parent or guardian may exercise these rights on the student's behalf.
