This policy explains your options when you book a place on our Summer Fashion Course for Teens, including when a booking can be changed, transferred or refunded. Bookings are usually made by a parent or guardian on behalf of a student aged 12-17, and each session is paid at EUR 55 per session upfront.
Course Bookings
A place on the course is reserved specifically for your student on the date(s) you choose, so it is held for you and cannot generally be cancelled for a refund once booked. If you can no longer attend, contact us as early as possible: we will try to transfer your place to another available session or offer a credit, subject to availability. This does not affect your right to a refund where the course is cancelled by us or is not as described.
If Something Is Wrong
If the course you booked is cancelled, materially changed, or is not as described, please get in touch within 14 days. We will reschedule your place, provide a credit or issue a refund as appropriate, in line with your statutory rights.
Adjustments
Small changes, such as switching between available session dates, are part of the course experience. We are happy to work with you to find an arrangement that suits your student, subject to availability.
Payments
You pay EUR 55 per session directly through the payment method you choose: Revolut, Wise, MB WAY, or bank transfer to Novo Banco. We never see your card or bank credentials; we only see that you have marked a payment as sent. Once your booking is confirmed, we email your confirmation, the course brochure and a calendar invite for each chosen date using our email provider, Brevo.
Cookies and Your Browser
The site uses only strictly necessary technologies to function. Your chosen language is stored locally in your browser (under the key "lp_lang"). The site sets no analytics or marketing cookies of its own. A third-party service we use, Cloudflare (including its Zaraz tag manager), may set its own cookies. You can block or clear cookies at any time through your browser settings.

For any booking concern, contact us with your student's name and chosen session date(s). We respond within two working days.
