These terms govern booking a place on the Summer Fashion Course for Teens run by Helen Heiman Fashion Studio (part of HH Maison) in Cascais, Portugal. By booking a place you accept them.
The course is a two-week design and sewing intensive for teenagers aged 12-17, made up of small-group sessions on 1, 3, 6, 8, 10 and 13 July 2026, each running 11:00-13:00. Bookings are normally made by a parent or guardian on behalf of a student under 18.
The course
You choose the session date or dates you want. Each session runs from 11:00 to 13:00 in small groups. We confirm your place once you have booked and indicated payment, and we will email you a confirmation, the course brochure and a calendar invite for each chosen date.
Payment
Each session costs EUR 55 and is paid in full upfront, when you book. There is no deposit or balance split.
You choose how to pay from the listed methods: Revolut, Wise, MB WAY, or bank transfer to Novo Banco. After paying, you submit a short form to mark your payment as sent. We never see your card or bank credentials; we only see that you have indicated a payment was made, and we reconcile it before confirming your place. Confirmation emails are sent through our email provider, Brevo.
Attendance
Sessions are booked for the specific dates you choose. If a student cannot attend a booked session, please tell us as early as possible. We will try to move your place to another available session or offer a credit, subject to availability.
Cancellations
Because places are reserved in small groups for set dates, we cannot guarantee a refund once a place has been booked. If you need to cancel, please contact us as early as possible; we will try to transfer your place to another session or offer a credit, subject to availability. Please see our Return Policy for any limited exceptions.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the sessions you have booked.
